How to beat any algorithm.

You can learn to be comfortable as you grow but growth in life, most times, means a little discomfort.

Yesterday, I interviewed 7 women in small business and one of the questions I asked them is, "if you could change anything about social media, what would it be?"  You might be surprised to learn that the majority of them said, "I'd change the way the algorithms change my reach"

If you feel the same way, I have a suggestion for you. Begin to write content that allows your readers to see themselves in the narrative. 

Think storytelling, cause everyone loves a great story.
