How many contacts did you make today?
How many follow ups did you do?
How many old donors, volunteers, sponsors have you contacted for end of year giving?
If you're lacking in any of the above areas, you've got time to pull it together and finish the year strong. Narrow down your focus to two of the above questions and devote 20 minutes a day to them. Then move to the next two. You might be pleasantly surprised at the outcome and develop a consistent successful strategy.
